Description
Performance Upgrade. This Cold Side and Hot Side Intercooler Piping Kit replaces the stock charge pipes on the 6.6L Duramax diesel engine to improve airflow between the turbocharger and the intercooler. This upgrade helps reduce exhaust gas temperatures while increasing engine power and throttle responsiveness, contributing to better performance and engine longevity.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable 16-gauge 304 stainless steel tubing, the piping is mandrel bent to maintain optimum airflow without restrictions. The polished finish provides corrosion resistance while enhancing the engine bay’s appearance. The silicone boots are fluorolined and reinforced to resist oil blow-by damage and high temperatures commonly experienced in diesel engines.
