Description
Returnless Fuel Pump Module. The Holley Returnless Fuel Pump Module with a 255 LPH flow rate is designed to upgrade the fuel delivery system in select Dodge trucks, vans, and SUVs. It provides consistent fuel flow for EFI engines and prevents fuel starvation during cornering, acceleration, braking, and low-fuel conditions. This module supports reliable engine performance by maintaining fuel supply stability and preventing engine hesitation or stalling.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from billet aluminum and steel, the pump module features a black anodized finish for durability and corrosion resistance. It includes billet aluminum flange and clamp components, a new fuel level sender with 220 to 20 ohm resistance, and a Hydramat (3" x 15") to aid fuel delivery. The design incorporates -8 AN O-ring boss inlet and outlet ports, an external strainer, a rubber sealing gasket, and a wire harness with four wires.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and does not necessitate tank modifications such as drilling. The height-adjustable design allows it to fit properly within stock factory fuel tanks for optimal performance. EVAP emission control provisions and optional fill vent details should be reviewed prior to installation.
Warranty. This product carries a Manufacturer's Limited 90 Day Warranty.
Application. This fuel pump module fits a broad range of Dodge trucks, vans, and SUVs from 1997/1998 through 2004, including models such as the RAM 3500 (5.7L and 8.0L), Durango, Dakota, Ram Van, and other compatible vehicles listed by the manufacturer.
