      Description

Even if the Airaid Cold Air Dam Intake with a Red SynthaMax Dry Filter retains the original location of your stock intake, it delivers a big boost to your torque and horsepower. This unit makes use of a huge open-element air inlet, providing your 4.8L engine with a steady supply of cooler air.

      The Benefit of a Cold Air Dam (CAD) Intake. The Cold Air Dam (CAD) intake is sealed in the underside of the hood, keeping your filter from coming in contact with the hot engine. This setup allows for easy installation as the panels are mounted in the factory air box location. The panels also utilize any factory cold air inlet ducts, adding extra cold air passages to the filter.

      Improved Filter Media. The filter that is used in the Airaid Cold Air Dam Intake is a 360-conical AIRAID premium air filter. The filter is reusable and washable, making it easy to clean and maintain.

      CARB Certified. Best of all, this Cold Air Dam Intake is 50 State Legal under CARB EO Number D-609-18
