This unit is isolated from the hot engine compartment as it is attached to the underside of the hood via blade-style weather stripping. This way, it's assured that the air passing through the system is always cool.

    Cold Air Dam (CAD) Panels. This system features Cold Air Dam (CAD) Panels that utilize any factory cold air inlet and allow additional cold air passages to the filter. The CAD panels provide a steady, free-flowing supply of outside cool air into your engine.

    Easy to Install. It won't take long for you to properly install the Airaid Cold Air Dam Intake with a Black SynthaMax Dry Filter. You'll only need common hand tools to complete the setup.
