    Designed for Street Applications.  The G2 8.5 in. & 8.6 in. Rear Ring Gear and Pinion Kit with 4.10 gear ratio is designed to run cooler and quieter than stock. This makes it excellent for street applications where low noise is a consideration. Furthermore, it’s made to OE factory specifications to make installation easier.

    High-Quality Construction. The G2 8.5 in. & 8.6 in. Rear Ring Gear and Pinion Kit is made from high-grade forged 8620 steel. It’s precision-machined using the latest in manufacturing technology. Computer-controlled heat treatment improves the durability of the gears. Additionally, double-lapping ensures the smoothest surfaces to reduce friction and road noise.

    Professional Installation Recommended. With a complex process, specialist equipment, and high skill requirements; G2 recommends that installation is performed by a professional mechanic.
