Performance Suspension Upgrade. The FOX Front 2.5 IFP 6.5 inch Lift shock absorber significantly enhances vehicle handling and ride comfort by providing superior damping control on and off the road. Engineered for trucks with raised torsion systems, it features position-sensitive rebound control to reduce harsh top-outs and optimize shock shaft speed, especially when used with heavy-duty tires or lifted suspensions.

Construction and Appearance. Built from impact extruded 6061-T6 aluminum, the shock body is finished with Type II clear-anodizing to resist corrosion and efficiently dissipate heat. It includes a durable 5/8 inch hard chrome shaft, an internal floating piston that separates shock oil from nitrogen gas, and a Hydraulic Top Out piston that improves damping during rebound.

Installation. The shock absorber installs easily with a bolt-on design requiring no drilling. It features a bar pin top mount and a clevis bottom mount, specifically designed for compatibility with lifted torsion systems.

Application. Designed to fit 2020 through 2026 Sierra 3500 HD models equipped with lift kits that require lower eyelet mounting. Not compatible with original equipment mounts.
