The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Center/Center Oval Muffler; 2.25-Inch Inlet/2.25-Inch Outlet is engineered to deliver an aggressive sound tone while enhancing exhaust scavenging for improved vehicle performance. It is ideal for street, strip, and off-road applications, providing reduced interior resonance and a more refined exterior tone compared to standard 40 Series mufflers.

Construction and Appearance. Made from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel, this muffler is fully MIG welded for long-lasting strength and reliability. It features a high-temperature black paint finish to resist corrosion and maintain an attractive appearance even under extreme exhaust heat conditions.

Installation. Installation is straightforward with slip-fit inlet and outlet connections, suitable for clamp-on or weld-on applications. Some adaptation may be required for proper fitment. New hangers are necessary as they are not included.

Application. This universal fit muffler is compatible with various vehicles including 4 and 6-cylinder engines, classic and late model muscle cars, street rods, street/strip vehicles, and trucks/SUVs. Some adaptation may be needed for optimal fitment.
