      Description

      Performance Chambered Muffler. The Flowmaster 70 Series Dual/Center Oval Muffler with 2.25-inch inlet and 3.00-inch outlet is engineered to optimize exhaust flow, enhancing power and efficiency. It produces a mild exhaust tone ideal for trucks, SUVs, RVs, tow vehicles, and high-performance street vehicles where balanced sound control and performance improvement are desired. This muffler increases horsepower and torque while remaining compliant with vehicle emissions standards.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel, it features a fully MIG welded design for maximum strength and longevity. The enlarged case incorporates Delta Flow Technology to improve sound control, and the muffler is finished with high-temperature paint that resists heat and corrosion, maintaining an attractive black appearance.

      Installation. This universal fit muffler includes dual inlet and single outlet slip-fit connections. Some adaptation may be required for proper fitment. Installation generally does not require drilling, but new hangers, which are not included, are necessary for mounting. Adapters might be needed when connecting to OEM exhaust systems.

      Application and Fitment. Designed for universal fitment, this muffler suits a wide range of vehicles but may require adapters for OEM exhaust system compatibility.
