Description
Enhanced Performance Muffler. The Flowmaster 70 Series Big Block II Dual In/Dual Out Oval Muffler; 2.25-Inch Inlet/2.25-Inch Outlet is engineered to increase horsepower, torque, and engine efficiency. It provides a mild exhaust tone with minimal interior resonance, perfect for trucks, SUVs, motorhomes, tow vehicles, and high-performance street cars.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Made from durable 16-gauge aluminized steel and fully MIG welded, this chambered muffler incorporates Flowmaster's Delta Flow® technology with an enlarged case for optimized sound control. It has a high-temperature black painted finish and an oval shape designed to fit a range of exhaust configurations.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. This universal muffler features slip-fit inlet and outlet connections suitable for clamp-on or weld-on installation. While new hangers are required, they are not included. Installation generally requires some adaptation but typically no drilling.
_x000D__x000D_Application. Due to its universal design, this muffler fits a wide variety of vehicles but may require modifications or additional adapters to properly fit OEM exhaust systems.
