Description
Moderate Sound Muffler. The Flowmaster 50 Series Delta Flow Offset/Center Oval Muffler with 2.50-inch inlet and 2.50-inch outlet is engineered to deliver a moderate exterior sound while minimizing interior resonance. It is ideal for street vehicles seeking enhanced performance and reduced cabin noise, providing a refined exhaust tone. This muffler improves horsepower, torque, and engine efficiency for balanced driving enjoyment.
Construction and Appearance. Made from durable 16-gauge 409 stainless steel, this muffler features a three-chamber Delta Flow® design with internal tuning chambers that reduce sound inside the vehicle. Its body is fully MIG welded and coated with a high-temperature black paint finish for corrosion resistance and an attractive, sleek appearance suitable for performance exhaust systems.
Installation. Installation uses slip-fit connections and can be performed with clamp-on or weld-on methods. This muffler requires new hangers, which are not included. No special drilling is typically necessary, making it a straightforward upgrade in most applications.
Warranty. This product is backed by a limited manufacturer warranty for durability and performance assurance.
