Construction and Appearance. Constructed from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel, this muffler utilizes Flowmaster’s Delta Flow® technology inside a four-inch case for optimal sound and performance. The exterior is coated with a high-temperature black paint finish, providing resistance against heat and corrosion while adding a sleek look.

Installation. Installation is straightforward with slip-fit inlet and outlet connections, allowing clamp-on or weld-on methods. No drilling of the exhaust system is typically required, but new hangers must be supplied by the installer.
