Description
Mild Sound Performance. The Flowmaster 70 Series Big Block II Center/Dual Oval Muffler; 3-Inch Inlet/2.25-Inch Outlet is designed to provide a mild exhaust tone that is ideal for street use and towing vehicles. It delivers improved horsepower, torque, and engine efficiency while maintaining minimal interior resonance, making it suitable for trucks, SUVs, motorhomes, and high-performance street cars with sufficient installation space.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel, the muffler features a fully MIG welded assembly for long-lasting strength. It is finished with black high-temperature paint, providing a clean, durable, and resistant exterior suitable for various environmental conditions.
Installation. Installation is generally straightforward, using slip-fit connections for both inlet and outlet with clamp-on or weld-on options. New hangers are required but not included. While some adaptation may be necessary due to universal fitment, no drilling is typically mandatory.
