Construction and Appearance. This muffler features a two-chamber design using Delta Flow® technology, constructed from durable 16-gauge aluminized steel. The exterior is coated with high-temperature black paint and fully MIG welded to ensure strength and longevity.

Installation. The muffler installs via slip-fit clamp-on or weld-on inlet connection and requires new hangers (not included). Installation is straightforward for experienced users, with no drilling generally necessary.
