The Flowmaster Original 40 Series Offset/Offset Oval Muffler - 2.25 in. delivers that famous aggressive exterior and interior tone that is perfect for your off-roader, racer and muscle car. Enjoy as every thrust of the pedal produces that classic original sound of ultra-high performance.
Configuration. The 40 Series reflection muffler features their signature oval design with an offset-in and offset-out pipe connection position. It's inlets and outlets are 2.25 inches in diameter which aids the two-chamber design for that classic Flowmaster sound and performance. Extreme durability is all made possible by its fully MIG-welded, 16-gauge 409S stainless steel construction.
Modifications Required. This Muffler was designed to be used on mutliple applications, as it is not a direct fit replacement part. In order to install this Muffler properly on your vehicle, some modifications to the exhaust system will be required.
Lifetime Limited Warranty. Flowmaster Inc. extends a lifetime limited warranty on all stainless steel products against defects in materials and workmanship. Please refer to the manufacturer's website for further information and details.
