The Flowmaster 70 Series Big Block II Dual In/Dual Out Oval Muffler; 2.25-Inch Inlet/2.25-Inch Outlet offers a balance of improved horsepower and torque with a mild exterior exhaust tone. Designed primarily for trucks, SUVs, motorhomes, and high-performance street cars, it enhances engine efficiency while minimizing interior resonance, making it ideal for street-driven vehicles where noise control is a priority.

CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. This muffler is constructed from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel and fully MIG welded to ensure maximum strength and longevity. It features Flowmaster’s patented Delta Flow® technology within an enlarged casing to provide superior sound control and performance enhancements. The muffler is finished with high-temperature black paint for corrosion resistance and a sleek aesthetic appeal.

INSTALLATION. Installation requires moderate skill as this universal muffler does not provide a direct fit and may need adapters for connection to OEM exhaust systems. No drilling is typically required, but new hangers are necessary as original hangers cannot be reused.
