Description
Aggressive Sound Level. If you’re looking to ramp up the sound on your RAM truck, the Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Offset/Offset Oval Muffler – 2.0 in. is the mod for you. This muffler features an aggressive sound level that will be sure to get you noticed. It features Flowmaster’s Delta Flow Technology and a two-chambered design, which uses deflectors to generate increased scavenging for better performance from your muffler, with reduced interior sound. Although this muffler is loud and does give off some noticeable interior resonance, it is much less noticeable than the original 40 series muffler. Announce your presence without making your passengers deaf with this attractive, black-finished muffler.
Maximum Durability. Flowmaster designed this oval muffler with maximum durability in mind. This muffler is crafted from 16-gauge aluminized steel and is MIG welded. The oval body is 13 in. in length with an overall length of 19 in. The inlet and outlet positon are both offset with a 2 in. diameter.
Modifications Required. This Muffler was designed to be used on mutliple applications, as it is not a direct fit replacement part. In order to install this Muffler properly on your vehicle, some modifications to the exhaust system will be required.
3-Year Limited Warranty. Flowmaster offers a 3-year limited warranty for their aluminized steel mufflers. This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship. Be sure to visit their site for warranty clarification.
Application. The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Offset/Offset Oval Muffler -2.0 in. fits all 2002-2024 Dodge RAM 1500 models.
