Description
Custom Tow Bar Base Plate. The Custom Tow Bar Base Plate provides a secure attachment point for dinghy towing, ensuring your vehicle can be safely towed behind a tow bar. It is designed to distribute towing forces evenly, protecting the vehicle frame from undue stress. This component is essential for reliable and safe towing performance.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from carbon steel, this base plate is precisely welded for superior strength and accuracy. It features a durable high-gloss black powder coat finish and is co-cured with a rust-resistant liquid A-coat inside and out to provide long-lasting protection against corrosion.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with twist-lock tabs that facilitate easy attachment and removal without the need for drilling, allowing for convenient use as needed. The vehicle-specific design ensures a custom fit that integrates seamlessly with the vehicle’s frame.
Warranty. This product comes with a limited lifetime warranty covering one year for the finish and one year for parts.
Application. Designed specifically to fit the 2017 through 2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty models. Not compatible with universal tow bars.
