      Description

      High-Strength Charge Air Upgrade. The Cold Side Intercooler Pipe Upgrade Kit is designed to replace the failure-prone OEM plastic cold side piping on your 6.7L Powerstroke F-350 Super Duty. Featuring larger aluminum tubing, this kit improves airflow efficiency, reduces restriction, and enhances overall durability. Ideal for stock or tuned trucks, it's a critical upgrade for ensuring boost reliability under high-load conditions like towing, hauling, or performance driving.

      Construction and Appearance. This kit includes 3-inch lower and 3.5-inch upper intercooler pipes made from lightweight, rust-free aluminum that offers excellent heat dissipation. The CNC-machined quick-disconnect flange and IAT sensor housing ensure a precise, secure fit. Four-ply black silicone boots and stainless steel constant-tension T-bolt clamps provide a strong, leak-free seal that won't loosen under pressure. The silver piping and black boots give a clean, upgraded engine bay look.

      Installation. Installation is easy and designed to work with factory mounting points and sensors. All necessary hardware is included, and no cutting or custom modifications are required, making this a convenient DIY or professional upgrade.
