Description
High-Pressure Boost Monitoring. The 60 PSI Boost Gauge; Tinted provides accurate monitoring of turbo boost levels from 0 to 60 PSI, essential for diesel trucks running higher boost pressures. This gauge helps prevent engine damage caused by over boosting or under boosting, making it a critical tool for performance and engine safety.
_x000D_Construction and Appearance. The gauge features a 2 1/16" (52mm) black face with a low-profile magnified tinted lens, housed in a two-toned gun metal body with a brushed aluminum trim ring. It has a red illuminated needle with white LED backlighting for clear visibility, while the dimmable feature integrates with the vehicle’s factory headlight switch for nighttime use.
_x000D_Installation. Installation is straightforward with included compression fittings and a 9-foot nylon boost hose. Drilling and tapping the intake manifold is necessary to obtain accurate mechanical boost pressure readings.
