Product Overview. The 20 PSI Boost Gauge; Black 7 Color provides precise monitoring of boost pressure from 0 to 20 PSI, ideal for vehicles with low boost applications or older turbo diesel engines. It helps prevent engine damage by delivering accurate, easily readable analog boost pressure measurements. Designed for dashboard or pillar mounting, it enhances vehicle interior aesthetics while providing crucial engine performance data.

Construction and Appearance. This gauge features a durable black dial and a clear magnified lens. The needle movement is smooth and accurate with a 270° sweep powered by stepper motor technology. LED backlighting offers seven selectable colors to customize the gauge’s illumination to match vehicle interiors or factory dash lighting. The gauge is secured by a robust U-shaped metal mounting bracket and includes all necessary hardware for installation.

Installation. Installation requires routing the included 9 feet of boost hose and securing it with the supplied 1/8-27 NPT brass compression fittings. The 2-foot power harness provides connections for power, ground, and dimming, which links to the vehicle’s headlight switch for adjustable backlighting. Some modification such as drilling or tapping the intake manifold may be necessary to ensure proper hose fitting. The package contains a gauge visor and mounting hardware for a professional finish.
