The EXCEL from Richmond 8.25 in. IFS Front Ring Gear and Pinion Kit - 3.73 Gears is designed to fit your stock 10 bolt, 8.25" differential and give you the performance that you expect from your truck.
Engineered Tough. Cast from 8620 steel for its toughness and durability, these gears are also lapped for a precision fit and quiet operation. Finally, they are computer controlled heat tempered to give them a hardness that will last under load for miles and miles of trouble free 4 wheeling.
Installation Notes. Any time you work on your driveline you need to be aware that you are working on a critical system of your truck. IF you install things incorrectly, serious damage could occur. You need to be comfortable working on drivelines and have the proper tools and equipment. If you do not have these things and/or you are uncomfortable conducting this repair/replacement, then it is recommended that you take this part to a certified mechanic and have them conduct the repairs.
