This extra power gives you the capability to take on more aggressive off-road trails.
Necessitates a Re-Tune of your ECU. Installing the Edge Jammer Cold Air Intake in your Sierra will necessitate a re-tune of your ECU. This is to synchronize the higher air-flow with your MAF. An ECU re-tune is also beneficial as it optimizes the performance of your engine with this cold air intake.
High Performance Air Filter. The Edge Jammer Cold Air Intake includes a high-performance air filter. This dry filter features a 3-layer synthetic gauze construction, and is capable of filtering out engine contaminants without compromising air flow. And because this air filter is of the dry variety, maintenance is really easy; simply tap out the excess dirt before cleaning with compressed air.
Robust Construction with a Dynamic Design. The Edge Jammer Cold Air Intake’s air intake tube and heat shield are crafted from aircraft-grade aluminum for superior corrosion protection. The air intake tube is designed to maximize airflow by being more streamlined. The heat shield, on the other hand, relocates the air filter to ensure maximum protection from engine heat. Finally, the whole assembly is finished in a black powder coating for additional corrosion protection.
