Construction and Appearance. Constructed from a combination of 3mm to 5mm steel plate, this bed rack features robust welding for increased strength and durability. The entire assembly is finished with a micro-texture black powder coat to provide a rugged, corrosion-resistant surface suitable for demanding outdoor conditions.

Installation. Installation is straightforward with a bolt-on design that requires no cutting, making it accessible for users with moderate mechanical skills. The process typically takes approximately 2.5 hours and accommodates various bed lengths via the adjustable two-piece configuration.
