Construction and Appearance. Each halo is built using a custom-manufactured LED emitter mounted on an FR4 printed circuit board with over 700 individual LED chips. These chips are coated with a specialized diffusing gel that delivers a perfectly consistent light output while concealing the LED chips when off, ensuring a factory-like appearance. All components are assembled and tested in the USA with waterproof constant-current drivers that incorporate advanced microcontroller technology for reliable operation.

Installation. Installation requires opening the headlamp housing to access and replace the factory LED boards, making professional installation highly recommended.
