Description
LED TURN SIGNAL UPGRADE. The Diode Dynamics Red LED Light Bulbs in 3157 size offer modern, instant-on lighting for rear turn signal replacement in Jeep Grand Cherokee models. These bulbs provide a distinct and updated appearance, with enhanced visibility and longer durability compared to incandescent bulbs.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Depending on the bulb option selected (HP48, HP11, or XP80), features may vary. The HP11 variant includes four chip-on-board (COB) LEDs with a single high-power chip on top and full metal heatsinking for optimal thermal management and reliability. All bulbs have a red emitter color to comply with SAE/DOT specifications.
INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward and requires no modifications or drilling. The OEM-size plug is designed for direct replacement of factory 3157 bulbs, with a typical installation time of 5-10 minutes using common tools. Resistors are required to prevent hyperblinking and maintain proper flasher operation, especially in PWM/CANBUS electrical systems.
WARRANTY. This product comes with a three-year limited replacement warranty for long-term peace of mind.
