Description
Premium LED Upgrade. These Diode Dynamics LED bulbs provide a modern lighting solution for the front turn signals of the Toyota Tacoma. They replace factory incandescent bulbs, offering instant on/off illumination and increased brightness to improve visibility and deliver a distinct automotive upgrade. The bulbs are designed to match the factory dual brightness levels for parking and turn signals.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted with advanced LED technology featuring constant-current inductive circuitry and transient voltage suppression, these bulbs ensure durability and reliability. They fit factory OEM sockets directly and produce amber output that meets traditional turn signal color requirements with superior LED brightness and clarity.
Installation. Installation is plug-and-play with no modifications required for the bulb swap, making the upgrade straightforward and quick. However, due to reduced electrical load from LEDs, hyperblinking may occur and might necessitate additional components such as load resistors or a compatible flasher relay for correction.
Warranty. These bulbs come with a 3 year replacement limited warranty for peace of mind and long-term use.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma models equipped with a replaceable LM449 flasher relay. Note that some bulb variants may have compatibility considerations, such as incompatibility of certain switchback bulbs if the turn signal bulb serves as a daytime running light or restrictions with certain trim packages like TRD Offroad.
