Description
Versatile Performance Enhancement. The Diablosport Pulsar Inline Tuning Module and Trinity 2 MX Monitor Combo is the latest in tuning innovation for your RAM 1500 providing superior tuning versatility. This system features everything you expect from a premium tuner including 8 performance tunes, multi-displacement system (MDS) controls, and DTC management. What sets this system apart from other tuners is the Pulsar module which is designed to piggyback onto your factory PCM. This setup allows this module to provide its tunes without the need to unlock your factory PCM. And when paired with the included Trinity 2 MX monitor, you have a system that’s extremely efficient and easy to control.
Excellent Fuel Economy. One of the performance tunes that this system offers is an economy tune. Specifically, this tuner includes economy tunes with and without your RAM’s multi-displacement system (MDS) turned on. This enables you to get the best mileage out of your truck. This translates to practical savings in the long term.
Efficient Design. This Inline Tuning Module’s unique design enables it to function essentially as an unlocked and re-tuned PCM. What this means is all your truck’s signals runs through the module allowing you to easily change any available parameters. Additionally, this system enables you to utilize your truck’s cruise control switch to change performance settings. Best of all, you could return to stock simply by removing the tuning module. This is particularly helpful when taking your truck in for regular maintenance.
Touchscreen Convenience. The other component of this tuning system is the Trinity 2 Digital Gauge Monitor. This monitor features a 5-inch, full-color that’s easy to read and understand. What’s more, its touchscreen permits you to conveniently monitor and control the various parameters of your truck.
Complete Data Acquisition. Not only does this tuner provide power and torque enhancements, but this system also allows you to perform data logging tasks. Specifically, this tuner allows you to collect data that you could then download onto your laptop for further analysis. This allows you to further fine-tune your performance parameters at a later time.
Check and Reset DTCs. Another handy feature this tuner provides is the ability to clear any “check engine lights” you may be experiencing. This feature essentially eliminates the need to pay your mechanic or dealer a visit to have your DTS’s cleared. Please note that if a DTC persists, this may be an indication of a deeper issue that may be addressed only by a mechanic.
Practical Power Tunes. At the heart of this tuner is the 8 included tunes, which cover pretty much all your performance needs. Specifically, this system provides tunes for stock, economy, towing and performance, each with the MDS on or off. This provides a wide range of power and torque boosts for a full range of applications. Additionally, all of these tunes are adjustable on the fly using the aforementioned cruise control switch.
