Description

Your Canyon's Active Fuel Management (AFM) or Dynamic Fuel Management (DFM) systems are engineered to shut down some of your engine’s cylinders at lower speeds, essentially turning it into a 4-cylinder. While this factor helps improve fuel economy, it has the side effect of creating a sluggish or hesitant feel when accelerating. This AFM module is designed to interface into your vehicle via its OBDII terminal, effectively disabling its AFM/DFM systems to give you more responsive acceleration. Additionally, this module can also disable the auto start/stop feature if your ride is not so equipped. Best of all, you can easily restore this system simply by removing the module from your OBDII port.
