    Description

    Give Your Truck More Power. When you want to get more horsepower from your engine, there are tons of modifications, but few are as simple and effective as this Titanium Exhaust Wrap. Wrapping your exhaust system traps heat away from your engine and improves exhaust gas flow.

    Lava Rock Construction. Most exhaust wrap uses a glass fiber material, but the proprietary lava rock fiber used in this Titanium Exhaust Wrap functions better at higher temperatures, making it a high-performance option for your working truck. Its insulation properties are top-notch and it works at up to 1800-degrees of direct heat and 2500-degrees of radiant heat.

    Straightforward Installation. Wrapping your exhaust involves exactly that-taking the Exhaust Wrap and securing it around your exhaust pipe. You will need some stainless steel locking ties to ensure a tight fit and prevent sagging, but the entire process is virtually tool-free. Anyone can install Exhaust Wrap. Just make sure to allow for a 1/4" overlap during the wrapping, and you'll create a solid heat barrier in less than an hour. If you notice some smoke following installation, don't worry. That is normal and should stop within a few days.

    Application. This Titanium Exhaust Wrap is designed to work with all 1999-2026 GMC Sierra 1500 models.
