Description
Stable Towing. Reinforce your Sierra 1500’s towing functionality by installing the Over-Bed Flat Plate Gooseneck Trailer Hitch. This gooseneck hitch is rated for a 30,000-pound towing capacity and can support up to 7,500-pound vertical load. It features a fixed ball design that reinforces safety and stability as the ball can never be loosened or stolen. In addition, its placement on your truck bed’s center section also provides a tighter turn radius and increased stability.
High-Strength Steel Construction. This Gooseneck Hitch features a standard 2.313-inch trailer ball welded onto a durable 13 x 48-inch steel plate with two 0.50-inch forged, welded D-rings to attach safety chains. This construction provides reliable anchoring strength and durability for heavy load towing. Moreover, this assembly is protected by a carbide black powder coating to resist corrosion, chipping, and abrasion for excellent service life.
Drilling Required. Designed to attach onto your truck bed, this Gooseneck Hitch requires drilling to create holes for the bolts and safety chain attachments. The installation hardware and mounting brackets are sold separately. Shims should also be used to accommodate the corrugations in the pickup bed.
Limited Warranties. The manufacturer backs this Over-Bed Flat Plate Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with a limited lifetime warranty that covers factory defects in materials and workmanship. It also comes with a 1-year warranty on the carbide black finish and parts. Some exclusions apply. Please check the full warranty policy for complete details.
