      Description

      Custom Suspension Upgrade. The Carli Suspension Torsion Sway Bar Kit without End Links for Carli 2.50 and 4.50-Inch Leveling Kits replaces the factory sway bar with a custom torsion bar engineered to enhance ride quality and vehicle stability. It reduces chassis reverberation over small bumps and improves off-camber performance while maintaining full suspension articulation, delivering a refined balance between control and comfort.

      Construction And Appearance. Made with solid 3/4-inch cold-rolled steel arms, the torsion bar is heat treated and custom rated for peak performance. It mounts through hard anodized billet aluminum drop brackets that include bushings specific to the lift height, secured with corrosion-resistant 17-4 stainless steel preload bolts for durability and a premium finish.

      Installation. Designed as a direct fit replacement for use with Carli Leveling Lifts equipped with the Cs-Felkit-Lvl-17 leveling kit, this sway bar installs without the need for drilling. Installation is straightforward for experienced technicians familiar with torsion bar systems. Note that the kit does not include sway bar end links, which must be purchased separately to complete the assembly.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit 2017-2026 4WD Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty models equipped with Carli leveling lifts, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
