HEAVY-DUTY HEAT MANAGEMENT. The EXO Series Exhaust Wrap; 1.50-Inch x 30-Foot; Black is designed to combat extreme exhaust heat encountered in off-roading and powersports environments. This wrap insulates exhaust pipes by reducing heat exposure to surrounding components, improving performance and safety. It is used by wrapping headers, exhaust pipes, or systems to protect against heat damage and maintain vehicle efficiency.

CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. This exhaust wrap features a dual-layer construction comprised of high-temperature glass fiber core wrapped in a 304-grade stainless steel exoskeleton. The stainless steel outer layer provides exceptional abrasion and impact resistance while the glass fiber core offers superior thermal insulation. Finished in a matte black color, the wrap presents a rugged look suited for demanding conditions.

INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward, requiring no drilling as the wrap overlaps and locks securely together via the stainless steel exoskeleton. Its 1.5-inch width allows for precise application on headers and pipes, making it suitable for localized high-impact heat protection.
