High Capacity Hitch. The BulletProof Hitches Medium Duty 2.50-Inch Receiver Hitch Ball Mount; 6-Inch Drop/Rise is designed to provide versatile towing options with exceptional strength. It allows users to easily adjust between five ride heights to accommodate different towing needs, supporting a maximum towing capacity of 14,000 lbs and tongue weight of 2,000 lbs. This ensures reliable and safe towing for a variety of trailers and loads.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from 2.5-inch boxed steel with rounded edges for easy insertion and removal, this hitch features a textured black powder-coated finish that provides superior corrosion resistance and durability. Each component is precisely machined on Haas CNC machines with Renishaw probes to achieve very tight tolerances, ensuring a snug, slop-free fit. The dual ball mount is solidly welded for maximum strength and stable towing performance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and does not require drilling, utilizing existing receiver pin holes with added adjustment flexibility via two pin hole options on the shank. The user-friendly design allows for quick and secure mounting onto the vehicle’s hitch receiver.
Warranty. The hitch is backed by a robust warranty, reflecting the manufacturer's confidence in its longevity and durability.
Application. Fits universal; some adaptation may be required. Medium duty hitches are not compatible with pintle attachment systems to maintain safety and performance standards.
