      Description

      High-Performance Torque Converter. The B&M Holeshot 3000 Torque Converter for 4L60E/4L65E Automatic Transmission increases stall speed to 2800-3200 RPM, improving acceleration for vehicles with performance modifications such as big camshafts that reduce low-end torque. It retains the lock-up feature to maintain efficiency during normal driving conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. This torque converter features furnace brazed impeller fins and turbine for enhanced durability. It also incorporates a new precision alloy steel impeller hub and heavy duty needle bearings for improved reliability and longevity. The unit is fully balanced and pressure tested to ensure smooth operation and performance-grade steel construction.

      Installation. Designed to fit existing bolt patterns on compatible transmissions for direct replacement. No drilling or permanent modifications are required; however, installation requires appropriate mechanical skill.

      Application. Fits 1998–02 Camaro/Firebird and 1999–06 GM 1500 trucks/SUVs equipped with LS1, 4.8L, 5.3L, or 6.0L engines and 4L60E/4L65E transmissions. Not recommended for use with supercharged engines, plate-type nitrous oxide systems, or trans-brake applications. Will not fit 1997–05 Corvette models.
