Description

Suspension Performance Upgrade. The BDS 6-Inch Front Lift Coil Springs provide a tailored solution to increase ride height and optimize spring rate for lifted diesel trucks. These coil springs support the vehicle’s weight while maintaining suspension travel for reliable performance on and off-road.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high tensile steel, these coil springs are engineered with an appropriately sized wire diameter for maximum durability. The springs undergo preset hydraulic stress to combat fatigue and are shot peened to enhance tensile strength. Finished with a polyester-based powder coat, they offer excellent flexibility and resistance to wear.

Installation. Installing these coil springs typically takes one to two hours with no drilling required. The direct OE replacement design ensures a straightforward swap with factory components.

Application. Designed specifically to fit 03-12 4WD Dodge RAM 3500 diesel trucks equipped with 5.9L and 6.7L engines.
