Description

Construction and Appearance. Made from high tensile steel, these coil springs are either cold wound with chrome silicon 9254 or hot wound with 5160 steel for durability. They undergo hydraulic presetting to reduce stress and sagging, along with shot peening to increase tensile strength and maximize wheel travel. A polyester-based powder coat finish is applied for flexibility, durability, and corrosion resistance.
Installation. Installation typically requires 1-2 hours and does not require drilling. It is a straightforward upgrade suitable for professionals experienced with front suspension components.
