Description
Suspension Lift Solution. The BDS 6-Inch 4-Link Suspension Lift Kit with Rear Lift Blocks and FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks enhances your Ram 3500 diesel truck’s stance, off-road capability, and overall performance by raising the vehicle 6 inches in the front and 5 inches in the rear. Designed for trucks equipped with factory rear air ride, the kit provides clearance for larger tires and improves handling with a 4-link control arm conversion and coil springs engineered specifically for diesel applications.
Construction and Appearance. Engineered using heavy-duty, high-strength steel brackets and control arms, this kit is built to withstand rugged use and maintain precise suspension geometry. The coil springs and lift blocks are designed to deliver a smooth, predictable ride while increasing height. Finishes include powder-coated silver for shocks and clear anodized aluminum for FOX 2.0 components, combining durability with a race-inspired, clean look.
Installation. Installation is moderately challenging requiring approximately 10 hours, including drilling and specialized tools such as a pitman arm puller and welding equipment. The kit includes all necessary components for t-case indexing and driveline angle adjustments to maintain factory driveshaft compatibility.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2019-2024 4WD 6.7L Ram 3500 models equipped with factory rear air ride and the 6-bolt transfer case indexing ring.
