Description
HIGH-PERFORMANCE SUSPENSION LIFT. The BDS 5.50-Inch Radius Arm Drop Suspension Lift Kit with 5-Inch Rear Lift Blocks and FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks raises the ride height of your Ram 3500 for improved clearance, stance, and off-road capability. Designed specifically for gas-powered 4WD models, it enhances suspension travel and vehicle control to handle larger tires and rough terrain with confidence.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. This kit features high-strength forged and fabricated steel components including radius arm drop brackets, pitman arm, and track bar brackets to maintain precise suspension geometry after lift. The front coil springs are progressive rate, gas-specific Pro-Ride units. Rear block kits are cast iron for durability and strength. FOX 2.0 or NX2 nitrogen-charged shocks complete the kit with a premium performance finish.
INSTALLATION. Installation is challenging and requires drilling and specialty tools such as a pitman arm puller and welding equipment. Estimated install time is 7-9 hours, best suited for experienced technicians or enthusiasts equipped with a full workshop.
APPLICATION. This lift kit fits 2013 through 2018 4WD Ram 3500 gas models with 5.7L or 6.4L engines. Note that some models require exhaust modifications for front driveshaft clearance and may need rear driveshaft spacers depending on configuration.
