Description
Enhanced Suspension Performance. The BDS 4-Inch Radius Arm Drop Suspension Lift Kit with 3-Inch Rear Lift Blocks and FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks improves the overall stance, ride quality, and off-road capability of your Ram 3500. This kit lifts the truck, allowing clearance for larger tires up to 35 inches, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality for demanding driving conditions.
Durable Construction And Appearance. The lift kit features high-strength fabricated components including Pro-Ride progressive rate coil springs specifically tuned for gas models. The shocks utilize FOX's 2-inch impact-extruded aluminum body with CNC-machined mounting ends, providing long-lasting anodized finishes. All brackets and arms are forged or fabricated for strength and corrosion resistance to endure tough terrains.
Installation. Installation is considered difficult and requires drilling, plus specialty tools such as a pitman arm puller and welding equipment. It typically takes 6 to 8 hours to complete, demanding mechanical expertise for correct fitment and safety.
Application. Designed specifically to fit 2013-2018 4WD Ram 3500 trucks with either 5.7L or 6.4L gas engines. Note that 6.4L models may require exhaust modifications for proper clearance, and a carrier-bearing drop kit is necessary for models equipped with a two-piece rear driveshaft.
