Description
Performance Suspension Upgrade. The BDS Glide-Ride Front Leaf Spring improves handling and ride quality for lifted 1999-2004 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks and 2000-2005 Excursion 4WD SUVs. It provides 2.5 inches of lift over stock springs on Super Duty models and 4 inches of lift on Excursion models, enhancing axle control and reducing axle wrap under demanding conditions such as towing or off-road driving.
Construction and Appearance. These leaf springs use a multi-leaf progressive design with exclusive triple-stage tapered leaves for smooth suspension cycles and improved ride comfort. The steel construction includes roll-pointed leaf tips and bolt-style alignment clamps, finished to prevent corrosion and ensure durability.
Installation. Installation typically takes 1 to 2 hours and does not require drilling. Bushings are included and necessary for proper fit and function.
