Description

The BDS 4-Inch Front Lift Coil Springs provide a reliable solution to increase the ride height and adjust the spring rate of diesel Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks from 2005 to 2026. These springs are essential to support the weight of the vehicle while maintaining suspension performance and road handling in lifted applications.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high tensile steel, these coil springs are engineered with precise wire diameters for durability and maximum reliability. They are finished with a polyester-based powder coat that offers excellent flexibility and resistance to wear. The springs undergo hydraulic stress presetting and shot peening to enhance fatigue resistance and tensile strength, ensuring long-lasting performance under full coil bind conditions.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and typically takes 1 to 2 hours. No drilling is required, as these springs replace the original equipment coil springs directly to achieve the desired 4-inch lift.
