Construction and Appearance. Each injector is rebuilt with new Bosch nozzles and control valves by Bosch trained technicians. The kit includes OE quality injectors, BD’s OEM fit fuel lines, Bosch fuel supply tubes, and high-quality gaskets, all assembled following OE procedures to guarantee a precise fit and durable construction.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with an estimated time of 4 hours. No additional drilling is required, as the components are designed for a direct OEM fitment.
Warranty. This product comes with a 24-month parts warranty covering manufacturing and material defects, excluding damage caused by high fuel pressure or performance-related issues after 12 months.
