The BD Power 68RFE Transmission with Billet Input Shaft; $2100 Core Charge Included is engineered to address the common failures experienced with stock 68RFE transmissions. Designed to handle high horsepower and rapid throttle inputs, this transmission enhances durability and performance for demanding applications.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. This transmission features a hard anodized valve body with a new solenoid pack and a custom bonded gasket valve body separator plate. It includes durable QT100 pressure plates, a billet input shaft, and a deep sump oil pan finished for maximum fluid capacity and cooling efficiency. Reinforced accumulator plates and steel girdles optimize clutch engagement and strength.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation typically requires about 9 hours with no special drilling necessary. Proper installation must include a BD torque converter to maintain warranty.
_x000D__x000D_Warranty. The transmission includes a 36-month/150,000-mile parts warranty and a 12-month/24,000-mile labor warranty. Race abuse is not covered under warranty.
_x000D__x000D_Application. This transmission fits 07.5-18 4WD 6.7L RAM 3500 vehicles equipped with the 68RFE transmission. Use of third-party or OEM converters will void the warranty.
