      Description

      Enhanced Clutch Pressure. The BD Power Transmission Pressure Enhancer is designed to deliver up to 250 PSI of clutch apply pressure, increasing clutch holding force by up to 150%. It actively adjusts hydraulic pressures based on turbo boost and engine load, helping prevent clutch slippage and enhancing transmission durability during full-throttle operation.

      Construction and Appearance. This electronic pressure control module is engineered for reliable performance with quality materials. It features a compact design intended for seamless integration with transmission systems to provide consistent pressure control under demanding conditions.

      Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skills and typically takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete. Transmission modifications are necessary to build the required high pressure. Drilling is not generally required when used with the correct separator plate kit or compatible BD transmissions.

      Warranty. This product is backed by a 12-month, 24,000-mile warranty on parts, providing confidence in its durability and performance.

      Application. This pressure enhancer is specifically engineered for 2007.5–2018 6.7L RAM 2500 trucks equipped with the 68RFE transmission and requires either a BD-built transmission or the 1030373 separator plate kit to support the increased line pressure necessary for optimal operation.
