      Description

      Stable Idle Under Load. This control module prevents engine stalling or low-speed hunting when engaging power-take-off equipment or running the air conditioning under heavy loads. It seamlessly raises the idle to a pre-set level, ensuring smooth operation of auxiliary systems and maintaining proper oil pressure.

      Rugged, Truck-Grade Engineering. Enclosed in a sealed, impact-resistant housing, the module resists moisture, heat, and vibration. The adjustable potentiometer lets technicians fine-tune idle speeds for specific accessories, and the direct-fit connector ensures hassle-free installation without ECM reprogramming.

      Installation. Locate the ECM idle control connector, unplug the factory plug, insert the BD Power module inline, mount the module away from exhaust heat with the bracket, then adjust the idle speed to desired RPM.

      Application. The BD Power High Idle Control fits 2023–2025 6.7-liter Powerstroke engines in F-350 Super Duty models.
