Description
Enhanced Exhaust Manifold. The BD Power Exhaust Manifold; Passenger Side is engineered to address common rusting and cracking problems found in factory OEM manifolds, delivering improved exhaust flow and durability for a reliable, long-lasting exhaust system.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from cast iron with 75% thicker walls than OEM manifolds (typically 0.275 inches thick), this manifold offers superior toughness and enhanced resistance to warping and cracking. It features a protective painted finish to help prevent rust.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, generally requiring about three hours, and uses the included gaskets and fasteners for a proper fit without modification or drilling.
Warranty. This manifold includes a 36-month or 75,000-mile warranty for peace of mind.
Application. Designed to fit Ford 6.2L Gas models including the 2010-2022 F-150, F-250, and F-350 Super Duty trucks.
