Description
Enhanced Durability Exhaust Manifold Kit. The BD Power Exhaust Manifold Kit provides a robust solution for exhaust manifold rusting and cracking issues while improving exhaust flow and delivering reliable performance, essential for maintaining engine efficiency and longevity.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from cast iron with walls 75% thicker than OEM and a uniform thickness of 0.275 inches to resist warping and cracking, this manifold is finished with a protective paint coating to prevent rust. It includes longer fasteners and spacers to reduce stress at assembly points.
Installation. Installation is moderately challenging and typically takes about 4 hours and 36 minutes. This kit is designed as a direct drop-in replacement requiring no drilling.
Warranty. This product is backed by a 36-month or 75,000-mile parts warranty.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit 2011 to 2022 6.2L F-350 Super Duty models.
