      Description

      Performance Fuel Upgrade. The BD Power Stage 1 Injector with flow increases of 33%, 43%, or 53% over stock is designed to boost fuel delivery for noticeable horsepower gains, ranging approximately from 60 to 120 hp. This injector is ideal for enthusiasts seeking increased power without compromising drivetrain reliability.

      Construction and Appearance. Each injector is assembled following original equipment procedures by Bosch-trained technicians to ensure quality and precision. They feature new Bosch nozzles and control valves with extrude-honed OE quality nozzles. The units are precision calibrated to maintain flow tolerance within +/-2%, improving accuracy over stock injectors.

      Installation. Installation typically requires around 4 hours and 30 minutes and does not involve drilling or extensive modifications. It is recommended that replacement be performed by experienced technicians to ensure proper calibration and function.

      Warranty. These injectors include a 24-month parts warranty covering manufacturing and material defects. Cracks caused by high fuel pressure and high return flow issues after 12 months on performance injectors are excluded from coverage.

      Application. Specifically designed for 07-18 6.7L RAM 3500 models and not available for sale on licensed California vehicles.
