Description

Construction and Appearance. This manifold kit is crafted from high-silicon ductile cast iron with walls that are 75% thicker than OEM to resist cracking and prevent warping. The components are coated with high-temperature POR 15 black coating for durability and feature machined bolting flanges and black oxide-coated spacers for a professional finish.
Installation. Installing this manifold kit is moderately complex and requires approximately 9 hours. It is a direct replacement with no drilling required. The kit includes an M8 stud install tool to aid assembly.
Warranty. The product is backed by a 36-month or 75,000-mile parts warranty.
Application. This manifold kit fits 2015-2019 6.7L Powerstroke F-350 Super Duty models and is fully compatible with EGR systems.
