Description

Performance Upgrade. The BBK 1-3/4-Inch Shorty Headers with Titanium Ceramic coating improve exhaust flow, increasing horsepower and torque. These headers enhance the engine’s sound profile and throttle response, making them an excellent upgrade for performance enthusiasts seeking better acceleration and a deeper exhaust note.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 16 gauge steel with CNC mandrel bent tubing, these headers feature 1-3/4" primary tubes and 3/8" thick laser cut exhaust header flanges for durability and optimal flow. The titanium ceramic finish provides a sleek appearance and excellent heat resistance.

Installation. Designed for direct bolt-on installation with no drilling or modification required. The kit includes new gaskets and hardware; however, the GM factory OEM dome gaskets are re-used during installation to ensure proper fit and sealing.

Warranty. This product includes a full 1-year factory warranty.

Application. Specifically designed to fit 14-18 V8 Sierra 1500.
